Delete your Findly account
Permanently delete your account and its data — no app reinstall needed.
This is permanent
Deleting your account happens immediately and cannot be undone. There is no recovery window and no way for support to reverse it. This deletes:
- Your profile, phone-number sign-in, and registered devices
- Your full location history and geofence ("Home"/"School" etc.) event history
- Groups you own (deleted entirely); groups you've joined (you're removed from them)
- Your usage records
If you are the only parent in your family, this also permanently deletes your entire family — including every other member's location history — for everyone. This page has no way to check that in advance, so please read this carefully either way.
To prove this is really your account, you'll first sign in the same way you do in the app: with your phone number and an SMS code.
Confirm deletion
This will immediately and permanently delete your account, devices, location history, geofence events, and owned groups — and, if you are the family's only parent, the whole family's data too. There is no undo.
Deleting your account… please don't close this page.
Your account has been deleted. You can close this page now — if you had the Findly app installed, it will no longer be able to sign in.
One step left
Your Findly account and its data have already been deleted. To also remove your sign-in record, you need to sign in again — this is quick, because there's nothing else left to delete.
One step left
Your Findly account and its data have already been deleted. We couldn't reach Firebase to finish removing your sign-in record because of a connection problem. Check your connection and try again — no need to sign in again.
One step left, but not right now
Your Findly account and its data have already been deleted. Removing your sign-in record is temporarily rate-limited by Firebase after repeated attempts. Signing in again right now would only make that worse. Wait a while, then reload this page and sign in again to finish.
Something went wrong
We couldn't reach the server. It's safe to try again — deleting an account is a repeatable operation.
